Xuzel

I’m Xuzel Villavicencio and I started volunteering at Sovereign House GH since October 2019 helping in the Computer Learning Programme. In 2020 during the middle of the pandemic, an internship position for running social media become available and I applied for it.

During the time I was doing my internship, I learnt how to use different social media tools such as Canva, Hootsuite, Later and how to create content in the form of posts, videos, articles, infographics that highlight important issues that affect disadvantaged children in Ghana and the UK.

My experience here has helped me to be more aware of the problems that children face in Ghana and the importance of supporting children’s education in order to provide a better future for them.
